KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (WOWK) — Marcus Dudley, the former Chapmanville Police Department officer who is facing charges stemming from the disappearance of his K-9, Chase, was apprehended, according to Kanawha County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Debra Rusnak. The details of where or how he was apprehended are unknown at this time. There will be a press conference at the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney's Office at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Rusnak said.
